Dáire McGilloway is a paralegal at Ó Muirigh Solicitors, bringing a wealth of experience in personal injury, road traffic collisions, and public law matters.
He graduated with a law degree from Liverpool John Moores University in 2017, followed by the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2019. Dáire previously worked in legal firms in Liverpool, specializing in Personal Injury and Road Traffic Collision claims. In previous roles Dáire gained valuable experience as a pre-litigation executive, dealing with cases involving the Motor Insurers Bureau, a governing body handling claims involving uninsured and untraced defendants in road traffic cases.
After relocating to Belfast in August 2024, Dáire has expanded his legal expertise to include Actions Against the State, Historical Abuse cases, and Miscarriages of Justice matters, including Internment. He continues to build on his litigation experience and is committed to providing strong legal representation for his clients.
